Industrial IPA- Diamond Knot Brewing, Mukilteo, WA

 

A bigger, fuller and better version of their IPA. 

This beer is not for the faint of heart, but rather for those who can appreciate a high octane

brew with an aggressive hop aroma and citrus finish.

7.5% ABV     75 IBU

 

Paulina Plunge Pale Ale-Bend Brewing, Bend, OR

A smooth, citrus hopiness with a hint of apricot fades into a

light malt body for balance and a clean, crisp finish.

 

IPA-Avery Brewing, Boulder, CO

 

A citrusy IPA with a floral bouquet and a rich, malty finish.

Brewed by hopheads for hopheads!

6.3% ABV     69 IBU

 

India Red Ale-Double Mountain, Hood River, OR

 

This IRA marries a ruby red color and a rich body with the hop flavors of an IPA. 

The addition of a unique strain of yeast gives this beer an added complexity.

6.5% ABV     55 IBU

 

Hoegaarden Witbier-De Kluis Brewery, Belgium

 

This brilliant white beer is brewed from a traditional recipe which dates as far back as 1445.

 It’s great taste is due to the special ingredients added during the brewing process, such as –

wheat, coriander and Curacao orange peels.

Hop Czar Imperial IPA-Bridgeport, Portland, OR

 

A big triple hopped Imperial IPA with a rich malt background and an

enticing citrus and floral hop bitterness.

Mountain High IPA-Mt Shasta Brewing, Weed, CA

 

With floral and piney aromas reminiscent of

 Mt. Shasta, this is a deep golden, mild and malty India Pale Ale.

7% ABV        62.1 IBU

 

Sunrise Oatmeal Pale Ale-Ft George, Astoria, OR

 

Smooth and highly drinkable with a light malt body and a slight creaminess from the oats. 

The finish is smooth with a hint of citrus hop flavor.

4.8% ABV

 

C-Note Imperial Pale Ale-Lompoc, Portland, OR

 

A fruity and sweet malt background is complimented by a strong hop profile. 

Citrus and pine culminate  in a bitter yet strong finish. 

This huge Imperial Pale is a hop head’s dream.

Tricerahops Double IPA- Cask Conditioned-Ninkasi Brewing, Eugene, OR

 

Stronger in hops, body and alcohol, this double IPA gives more of what you like in an IPA. 

Each sip will pacify you into a calming satisfaction.

8.8% ABV     100+ IBU

 

Racer 5 IPA-Cask Conditioned- Bear Republic, Healdsburg, CA

 

This is a hoppy IPA.   The brewer is a hop head and

has created a true specialty ale

7% ABV        90+ IBU

 

 

Nut Brown Ale-Cask Conditioned-Clinton Street, Portland, OR

 

The maltiness of an Amber and the roasted malt, bitterness of a

Porter give this Brown Ale a nice hop, malt balance and a nutty finish.

6% ABV        42 IBU

 

Pale Ale- Sierra Nevada Brewing, Chico, CA

 

Deep amber in color and exceptionally full-bodied with a complex character. 

The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.

Arrogant Bastard Ale-Stone Brewing, San Diego, CA

 

This is an aggressive beer.  You probably won’t like it.

 It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate

an ale of this quality or depth.

Imperial YSB-Rogue Brewing, Newport, OR

 

A classic English style special bitter kicked up a notch.

 Smooth with a balance of maltiness, fruitiness and hop bitterness.

Black Mamba Belgian Red-Bear Republic Brewing, Healdsburg, CA

 

A twist on a traditional Belgian using three kinds of wheat, chocolate and dark crystal malts

and Belgian yeast.  Clovy and chocolaty in flavor with a nice dry finish.

Pilsener Bier-Caldera Brewing, Ashland, OR

 

A true German-style Pilsener cold lagered for

 8 weeks to produce a smooth, crisp, refreshing beer.

Hooligan Brown Ale- Laurelwood, Portland, OR

 

Sweet, malty and medium-bodied with light hop

 presence and a gritty nuttiness.

Tetley’s English Ale- Tetley’s, Yorkshire, England

 

Deliciously smoothness with a mellow, malty flavour.

The perfect blend of premium barley from England's golden cornfields, selected hops and mineral-rich

water from deep below the Yorkshire Dales.

Chimay Triple-Bieres de Chimay, Baileux, Belgium

 

This Trappist beer is slightly hazy in appearance with an aroma of fresh hops and yeast.

 The beer's flavor comes through in the fruity notes of Muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.

There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

Bright straw-gold with excellent clarity.

 It has a light body, with brilliant condition, a crisp clean flavor and dry finish. 

The bouquet is fresh apples, with a soft floral note.

Red Rocket-Cask Conditioned-Bear Republic, Healdsburg, CA

A fiery red ale that is not for the weak at heart. 

It’s a very complex recipe that uses integrate five different grains to create a full-bodied,

 hoppy beer with a caramel, malt finish.

Hop Lava- Cask Conditioned- Double Mountain, Hood River, OR

A big, glowing Northwest IPA, packed with Northwest hops

and an explosive, dry-hopped finish.

Sirius Cream Ale-Cask Conditioned-Lagunitas, Petaluma, CA

This high gravity Cream Ale has a rich hop aroma and an equally pleasing taste

of sweet, caramel malts blended with citrusy hops.  

The finish is creamy and surprisingly a bit dry.

Dogzilla Black IPA-Cask Conditioned-Laughing Dog, Ponderay, ID

A true Northwest IPA with a big hop presence and a

Porter-Southern Oregon Brewing, Medford, OR

SOB's Porter has a rich, roasted malt profile with a hint of bittersweet chocolate and a

coffee undertone that is both inviting and delicious.

 

1554 Enlightened Belgian Black Ale-New Belgium, Ft. Collins, CO

This Black Ale uses a light lager yeast strain and dark chocolaty malts to redefine what dark beer can be,

the result is a highly quaffable dark beer with a moderate body and mouth feel.

The reincarnation of classic Dead Guy Ale.

 Full bodied with an amazing mid palate with richness of toffee and caramel.
